Requirements
Must be at least 25 Years of age to rent or drive.
Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Proof of current, full coverage automobile insurance.
Major U.S. credit card for payment.
Rules of the road
Good Vibes LSV’s are for road use only. If the speed limit is over 35mph, it is illegal to drive the LSV on that road. You may not cross either bridge (north and south) on Siesta Key.
Our carts are not permitted on sidewalks or beaches. Please do not place and/or strap down any personal items on the cart roof (i.e. surf boards and chairs).
The rear seat of cart folds down for your convenience. Any damage to the roof will result in additional charges.
Car seats are not allowed in a GVIR golf cart. Children are not allowed to sit in the far back seat of the 6 person carts. We do not recommend children under 6 years of age ride in a LSV.
Insurance Information
Providing Good Vibes Island Rides with your insurance information DOES NOT guarantee insurance coverage.
It is the Renter's sole responsibility to ensure liability coverage and property damage with the renter's auto insurance company PRIOR to signing the rental agreement.
Please understand, it is NOT the responsibility of Good Vibes Island Rides to ensure that the Renter's auto insurance covers the rental use of a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV).
Renter is responsible for ALL liability and damages that may result while operating an Good Vibes Island Rides street legal golf cart, also known as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV), as defined under the Florida Statute Chapter 320.01. The valid and collectible Liability Insurance and PIP of any authorized rental driver is primary for the limits of liability and personal injury protection coverage required by SS.324.021 and 627.736, Florida Statutes.
Check Before You Book
Some neighborhoods and condos may prohibit golf cart rentals.
Check with your property manager to ensure your neighborhood allows carts before placing your reservation.
If you rent a cart that you’re unable to use due to HOA restrictions, the cancellation policy will apply.
Charging Your Cart
Good Vibes will supply all renters with a 25ft or longer extension cord. All Carts must be charged at your rental while not in use to ensure full power for your next outing. All carts must be fully charged upon pick up or you will be assessed a fine.
